The image of the grave was taken from the flatten panorama from the previous page. Notice how straight the lines are. Although it’s a small section, there still enough pixels to make it into a large size print.
The image is a 7 exposure HDR. When multiple exposures are compressed, the result is a dull lackluster image known as a 32 bit linier. It can then be turned into something surreal or in this case made to look like a single exposure.
